League Rules

1. The match. Each fixture is played over 6 frames between the two players.
2. Paying for frames. Each player is expected to pay for 3 frames.
3. Breaking. A coin toss decides who has the option to break first. Breaks alternate thereafter.
4. Frame rules. Play follows the posted black-ball rules. (Black-ball rules to be linked / added here.)
5. Points. Win = 3 points, Draw = 1, Loss = 0. A 3–3 result is a draw.
6. Standings tiebreak. Level players are separated by frame difference, then frames won.
7. Finals night. The top four contest a play-off at a finals night.
8. Booking the table. Table time must be booked through the app.
9. Reporting results. Results are reported through the app, and also confirmed on WhatsApp as a backup.
10. Withdrawals & disqualifications. If a player withdraws or is disqualified: if they have played at least half their fixtures, those results stand and their remaining fixtures are voided; otherwise all their results are voided.

FAQ / Help

How do I log in?

Your username is the first five letters of your surname plus a number (for example peter1). Your PIN is set by an admin.

I've forgotten my PIN.

Ask an admin to reset it — there is no self-service reset.

How do I record a result?

Open your fixture on your dashboard, tap Enter score, choose the frame score (it must total 6) and save. Then confirm it on WhatsApp.

I entered the wrong score.

Results are final once saved. Contact an admin to correct it.

How do I book the table?

On an unplayed fixture in your dashboard, tap Book table and pick an open slot.

Who can see my phone number?

Only logged-in players. Guests viewing the site never see contact numbers.

When are matches played?

Each round is nominally a week, but slippage is fine — play your fixture and book a slot that suits both players.

What happens at the end of the season?

The top four in each division play off on finals night.
