Save the app to your phone

Add the league to your home screen so it opens like an app.

iPhone (Safari)

1. Open the site in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button (the square with an upward arrow).
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android (Chrome)

1. Open the site in Chrome.
2. Tap the menu (three dots, top right).
3. Tap Add to Home screen, then Add.

Once added, the icon appears on your home screen and the site opens full-screen, just like an app.

Getting started — a quick walk-through

New to the app? Here's everything you need, step by step.

Log in. Tap Login (top right). Your username is the first five letters of your surname plus a number — for example peter1. Your PIN is given to you by an admin. Once logged in, your name shows in the top corner so you know you're signed in.

See your fixtures. The Fixtures tab lists every match in the division. To find just yours, select your name from the drop-down menu or log in and check the Record tab, which shows the matches you still have to play.

Book a table. Go to the Book tab, pick a highlighted day on the calendar, then tap a free time slot and choose your match. That's it — the table is yours for that hour.
⚠️ All bookings must be made on the app.

The app takes priority on the table — no buts, no maybes. If it's booked on the app, that booking wins. Hour slots are reserved at the booked time for that match. You can book a slot that starts 30 minutes before another booking in the highlighted area, but you must vacate the table at the allotted time of the next booking. If you haven't booked it on the app, you can't claim the table.

Record your result. After your match, open the Record tab, find your fixture, and enter your number of frames won — the opponent's is filled in automatically (every match is 6 frames). Tap Save. If the match wasn't booked, or was booked for later, the app will double-check with you before saving.

Post it on WhatsApp too. As a backup, please always post your result on the league WhatsApp group as well as recording it on the app. After you save, the app offers a one-tap share to WhatsApp.

League Rules

  1. The match. Each fixture is played over 6 frames between the two players.
  2. Paying for frames. Each player is expected to pay for 3 frames.
  3. Breaking. A coin toss decides who has the option to break first. Breaks alternate thereafter.
  4. Frame rules. Play follows the posted black-ball rules.
  5. Points. Win = 3 points, Draw = 1, Loss = 0.
  6. Standings tiebreak. Level players are separated by frame difference, then frames won.
  7. Finals night. The top four contest a play-off at a finals night.
  8. Booking the table. Table time must be booked through the app — the app booking always takes priority.
  9. Reporting results. Results are reported through the app, and also posted on WhatsApp as a backup.
  10. Withdrawals & disqualifications. If a player withdraws or is disqualified: if they have played at least half their fixtures, those results stand and their remaining fixtures are voided; otherwise all their results are voided.

FAQ / Help

How do I log in?

Your username is the first five letters of your surname plus a number (for example peter1). Your PIN is set by an admin.

I've forgotten my PIN.

Ask an admin to reset it — there is no self-service reset.

How do I record a result?

Open the Record tab, find your fixture, enter your frames won (the opponent's fills in automatically to total 6) and tap Save. Then post it on the WhatsApp group too.

Do I really have to book on the app?

Yes — always. The app booking takes priority on the table, no exceptions. It's the only way to guarantee your slot.

Can two matches be close together?

You can book a slot starting 30 minutes before another booking, but you must vacate the table when the next booking's time arrives. The app manages the timings for you when you book.

I entered the wrong score.

Contact an admin to correct it — they can amend any result.

Who can see my phone number?

Only logged-in players. Guests viewing the site never see contact numbers.

When are matches played?

Each round is nominally a week, but slippage is fine — play your fixture and book a slot that suits both players.

What happens at the end of the season?

The top four in each division play off on finals night.
